From our kitchen: This Thai favourite boasts complex layers of flavour, with beef cheeks that are gently braised until meltingly-tender in a sauce infused with warm spices, fragrant herbs, chilli and coconut cream. It is complemented by potatoes and silver beet, all topped off with crunchy peanuts.
You may like to cook some , or steamed jasmine rice to accompany the dish, which is delicious with the sauce with the beef.
