Sabato mayonnaise is thick, creamy and a must have for the kitchen!
Made here at Sabato in our Mount Eden kitchen using our own top quality artisan ingredients, including Spanish Pons olive oil, free range eggs and Champagne vinegar, it contains no fillers, artificial flavours or colours.
Use as a dressing, spread, dip, ingredient or condiment. Delicious combined with and a few and spread liberally on sandwiches or bagels or served alongside grilled meat and roast vegetables.
Ingredients
Olive oil, egg yolk (12%), cider vinegar, Champagne vinegar, verjuice, Dijon mustard, salt, antioxidants (224, 202, 222).
Contains egg and sulphites.
