Fragrant, flavoursome duck stock made here in the Sabato kitchen over a 36 hour period. Use as a base for soups, risotto, sauces and braises. It is especially good in a risotto using Sabarot selection forestière mixed mushrooms or Naturbosco porcini to accompany our duck confit.
Sabato’s ‘From our Kitchen’ range is inspired by the source of our superb ingredients - Europe. All of our products are lovingly made on site in Mount Eden, in small batches, using our own premium products, as well as carefully selected, top-quality locally sourced ingredients.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
