A versatile, heavily-gelled gourmet beef stock with exceptional taste, colour and clarity. Slow cooked for up to 20 hours, Foundation beef stock has all the health benefits of broth but absolutely no added salt.
Ingredients: New Zealand grass-fed beef bones, spring water, fresh carrots, onions, celery and tomatoes, herbs and spices.
