The MasterCraft madeleine tray features a heavy carbon steel base with a durable quantum 2 non-stick coating to facilitate even cooking and removal of the madeleines. It can bake up to 12 madeleines at once and is oven safe up to 260°C.
The tray measures 40cm x 20cm and each of the 12 shell-shaped moulds measure 7.5cm x 5.5cm x 1cm in depth.
