This bold and fragrant dressing makes it easy to give any dish a hit of Spanish flavour! Smoked paprika and orange are complemented by red wine vinegar, a touch of garlic and Pons pure olive oil. The dressing is made in small batches in the Sabato kitchen.
Use to dress salads or drizzle over grilled, roasted or barbecued meat and fish, or toss through lentil, chickpea, potato, rice or vegetable dishes. This dressing can also be used as a marinade for meat, chicken, seafood or vegetables before cooking.
