Description

This all butter fruit cake is made with vine fruits soaked overnight in smooth Scotch whisky from the Highlands of Scotland.  

A deliciously dark, moist and rich cake, it includes juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. The whisky infusion provides an extra-special taste, that is not too strong so that the full flavour of the fruits comes through.

It contains no artificial colours or flavours, no palm oil, and has been made to a nut-free recipe. 

Each cake has been baked in the tin it is sealed in to ensure it is deliciously soft, moist and as fresh as the day it was baked, then presented boxed.
