Ozest is the pop-clean speed zester that instantly cleans and clears itself of any clinging citrus zest with the push of a button.
It features 441 super-fine blades to remove zest in fine 1mm shreds without the bitter pith. Ozest is also great for grating Parmigiano Reggiano or other hard cheeses.
The protective blade cover doubles as a zest catcher, measuring up to two tbsp of zest.
Measures: 32cm in length.
Materials: polypropylene, stainless steel and TPE.
Dishwasher safe.
