El Navarrico gazpacho is made in small batches using top quality ingredients to ensure maximum flavour is retained. To a base of fresh tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and a touch of cumin are added.

In addition to serving as a cold soup, El Navarrico gazpacho can be used to accompany dishes such as a ceviche or as a more flavoursome alternative to tomato juice in cocktails.

Conservas El Navarrico is a second generation, family-run company from the Navarra region of Northern Spain. The mild Mediterranean climate and the two rivers that run through the area of San Adrián, create the ideal environment to grow some of Spain’s most prized vegetables, including piquillo pimiento (peppers).
