To make their grilled peppers, Casa Marrazzo carefully selects red and orange peppers from Italian producers, then peels and grills them by hand before jarring and marinating the fillets in saltwater. The result? Vibrant, slightly crunchy spears that outshine the bland, mushy stuff you’ll find at grocery stores. You can even see subtle flecks of the char on each spear.
