Pure cuttlefish ink from Spain. This is ultra concentrated, so use it sparingly to colour and add a delicate taste of the sea to pasta, paella, risotto or rice dishes, sauces or bread.
Cuttlefish ink is shelf-stable so can be stored in the pantry until opened, but do refrigerate once open.
