This book contains numerous recipes for 30 menus, including Adelita’s Christmas salad yolk salad dressing, marquesote, frijol soup, sopa de jocoque, Acapulco avocado salad, etc. Closed tears to upper front panel, else very good and bright. A nice association copy.
