Their design is a nod to the Tobikanna technique, also known as chattering—a ceramic style where a metal plane is lightly skipped across the clay’s surface when turning on a potter’s wheel, resulting in a carved or engraved pattern. This eye-catching set acts as the perfect serving bowl for all sorts of noodles, soups, curries and more. And each bowl—which features deep blue glazes and a contrasted shaved wood design—is one of a kind due to its handmade, chattering nature.
