Each product from their 1934 Collection is inspired by the flavors of the past and natural preservation techniques cherished by founder Pasquale Marrazzo. Their Artichoke Cream is made with renowned Schito artichokes, or “violette di Castellammare” in Italian, a variant best known for its subtle purple-toned leaves. Casa Marrazzo carefully selects artichokes from Italian producers and emulsifies the fresh hearts with high-quality olive oil, resulting in a luscious, silky-smooth condiment. It’s luxury in a jar, no tedious trimming, cutting or peeling required. We like it spread on crusty pieces of bread, tossed with pasta or salads and as a dip straight out of the jar.
