Factory seconds are products that are still in complete working order, they’ve simply been set aside because of minor cosmetic imperfections—say, a scuff or scratch, minor sizing change or a speckle in the coating. Since they’re still completely functional, they’re available to you at a great rate (usually a fraction of full price), as long as you know they might have a superficial flaw.

Our factory seconds Pie Pans are 9.5 inches in diameter (a half-inch larger than our original pan) and come in more of a jewel-toned blue. The larger size doesn’t affect the function—they’re still made of high-quality enameled steel sourced from Türkiye, the home of the world’s best enamelware. The steel core conducts heat efficiently and evenly, for a perfectly cooked quiche, frittata, casserole and more every time. You can also use it for roasted vegetables, mac and cheese, cobblers and crumbles, “skillet” chocolate chip cookies and baked pasta. Enamelware is one of the original nonstick cookware options, so your food will slice neatly; no risk of sticking to the pan, and it’s easy to clean. It’s extremely durable—sturdier than many cheap, light options on the market—and it’s resistant to high temperatures up to 450°F.
